Event Description

Join us for the LBCA's Annual Member Dinner and Meeting on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:30 pm at Camp High Harbour.

This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow lake neighbors, learn about the latest LBCA news and initiatives, and enjoy a delicious meal. Dinner will be served buffet-style and will feature Mexican fare. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served with dinner, BYOB if you would like!

Dinners are $20 each for LBCA members, and guest meals may be purchased for $25.
 

What to Expect

  • A fun night with your lake friends and neighbors
  • Cocktail Hour with appetizers from 5 to 6 pm. (Wine and Beer are provided from 5 to 6 pm only. BYOB after that!)
  • Short business meeting with raffle prizes!
  • Buffet dinner catered by the Shed featuring Mexican fare

Dress Code

Casual dress for the evening--it's a Burton Fiesta!

Why is LBCA charging for dinners this year?

The LBCA Board has introduced a nominal fee for the annual dinners. This decision was not taken lightly. Food prices have risen by 25% since 2020, and the fee is necessary to help cover the increased cost of each meal and ensure the quality of our annual dinners remains high. 

What is the refund policy?

We will refund your money if you notify us by our July 3 deadline. However, after we have turned in our headcount to our caterer, we cannot offer any refunds. We encourage you to make your decision in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience.
