Join us for the 6th Annual LBCA Wooden Boat Parade and Show on Sunday, May 25! The boats leave from Timpson Cove around 11 am, led by the Fire Boat, and will arrive at LaPrade's Marina around noon. From noon to 1 pm, you can view the boats at the marina.

From 10 am to noon, at the LaPrade's Pavilion, we offer our members a unique opportunity. Representatives of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will conduct a boating and water safety meeting. This is your rare chance to meet the DNR officers who patrol the lake, hear from them about their experiences, and ask them questions. We value your safety, and this meeting is a testament to that.
This meeting is of utmost importance for all members. Your active participation and education are the key to an enjoyable boating experience this summer.
